Phone House, managed by Dominion Global in markets such as Spain, is the multi-brand leader in the telecommunications retail and consumer technology sector. Its evolution towards a comprehensive services model ranges from device Rentik leasing to Zurich insurance and energy.
To sustain this growth, they rely on an immense capillary network made up of thousands of distributors and marketers who prescribe and sell the group's services in alternative channels.
Ensuring an agile, unified, and 100% digital sales process across thousands of non-exclusive distributors to maximize product penetration without losing operational control. The main challenge was to design a comprehensive BSS system (Customer Hub) to unify disparate workflows: Telco sales, Rentik, insurance, and utilities; integrating scoring, e-signatures, recurring payments, and marketing into a single platform connected via API.
